TAI CHI - Every Tuesday 10 to 11 am at RhosKickboxing fitness classes now enrolling

Starting 9th October our Academy & Demonstration club will restart.

The times are from 7 to 8 pm every Monday

The venue will be at our Colwyn Heights club situated at

Community Centre, Bryn Cadno

The training is open to all students but as this is for Squad &

Demonstration events the training will be at least twice as hard.
