TAI CHI - Every Tuesday 10 to 11 am at RhosKickboxing fitness classes now enrolling
           

From Wednesday 9th of September all our lessons (except Prestatyn & Denbigh) will take place in our new purpose fitted out Martial Arts Centre. The new venue has 2,020 square feet of matted training area and is fully equipped for Martial Arts. It also has a viewing area for parents with free tea & coffee available as well as ample parking.
